Brooklyn's First Fishing Trip!

We finally found a lifejacket for Brooklyn... so it was time. Time for her first fishing trip! We're not sure she loved being in the lifejacket, but I'm not sure I blame her. If you'll notice, because she doesn't have a neck yet, her head is... well, you can see for yourself. She finally gave up struggling and fell asleep for a while. She must have known something we didn't, because we certainly didn't catch any fish!

Cuter and Cuter, Everyday!

We haven't really had anything too exciting to blog about. On August 11th we went up the mountain with Tana, Ben, Austen, and Brooks to hang out where they've recently left their camper. This was Brooklyn's first weinie roast!

Since then... not a whole lot has happened. But after this weekend we should have more to blog about.
Brooklyn is definitely getting cuter by the day. Just to prove it, here's a few pictures of her!

Benjamin and Emily Came to Visit!

This past weekend, Benjamin and Emily came down to visit us. We had tons of fun playing games and watching movies, but the highlight was going to Quail Lake to go boating. So much for having a "relaxing" weekend for Benjamin and Emily! By the end of the weekend we were all really sore and tired. Still, it was worth it! We all had tons of fun tubing! We love it when people come to visit!!!
This was Brooklyn's first boating trip, and even though she couldn't actually get on the boat because she didn't have a life jacket, she got to play in the water. She wasn't quite sure what to think about that, but we had fun playing with her anyways!
