Since taking up temporary residence in Enterprise, Brooklyn has had an increase in friends (yay!!!). Now she has a full-time buddy, whether he likes it or not. I'm glad Austen has been around to keep her occupied and distracted; it really does make the day go by faster, and it must be more fun for Brooklyn. Who doesn't like having someone their size around?! Austen is great with Brooklyn. He plays with her, humors her by crawling around with her, and even helps her eat her green beans off of her tray! They're pretty fun to watch together, and I love seeing what trouble they find together.
The other day we took the two little ones outside to play in the sprinkler. The grass was pretty pokey, and it was really windy, so the sprinkler idea didn't last too long... fortunately, they both enjoyed playing with the hose.
